Code of Conduct
The International Isotope Society (UK Group) is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants in its activities. This Code of Conduct applies to all IIS UK events, meetings, communications, and online platforms.
Expected Behaviour
All participants are expected to:
- Treat others with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Communicate in a constructive and inclusive manner.
- Be mindful of diversity and differing perspectives.
- Follow applicable health, safety, and organisational guidelines.
Unacceptable Behaviour
The following behaviours will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
- Offensive or inappropriate language or conduct.
- Disruptive behaviour that negatively impacts others’ participation.
- Any form of bullying, exclusion, or inappropriate conduct.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct,
. All reports will be treated seriously and confidentially where possible.
Consequences
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Removal from events or activities
- Suspension of membership or participation
- Further actions as deemed appropriate by the IIS UK Committee
